Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking Air Force Air Battle Managers and Weapons Directors, Navy Air Intercept Controllers, Marine Air Control Officers, Air Command and Control Officers, and Tactical Air Defense Controllers. These roles involve serving as Scenario Controllers utilizing Warroom software to conduct SEAD training for USAFE and Coalition Forces. This position is located in the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein, Germany area.

Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. ***TESA Certification allows employees to be income tax exempt for both Germany and the US, along with other perks***. Employees may be eligible for relocation reimbursement.

Role Responsibilities

1. Direct and coordinate with mission system operators, advanced mission system operators, and Live Synthetic Blended (LSB) operators for EW TTAO training missions.
2. Coordinate during mission planning with customer units for DLOs, force tactics, timing, and participate in briefings/rehearsals.
3. Conduct multi-lateral and multi-medium communications during mission execution, direct operators, and perform real-time EW TTAO system management.
4. Generate and deliver mission feedback reports, participate in debriefs, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure system operability.
5. Interpret operational orders and maintain current knowledge of force capabilities and tactics.
6. Perform other duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Eligibility for NATO Secret Indoctrination.
• At least 5 years of recent specialized experience in relevant roles, or 11 years of experience without a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and technological proficiency.

Desired Qualifications

• USAF Air Battle Manager Instructor.
• U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer Instructor.
• Experience supporting OCONUS operations.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel within Europe.
