Jobbeschreibung

Join Vestas as a SCADA Project Manager and play a vital role in transforming wind turbines into fully operational power plants across Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore. Collaborate with diverse teams, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

About the Role

Regional Engineering and Technology NCE is part of the VTO organization. The SCADA Project Management team supports the lifecycle of wind power plant projects from sales into the service phase. Our goal is to turn groups of wind turbines into functional, efficient power plants that meet contractual and regional requirements. Our main customers are large power supply companies and professional investors.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and communicate effectively between the project engineering team and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
  2. Identify and assess risks and opportunities to ensure timely project completion.
  3. Manage project deliverables based on strategic priorities, focusing on quality, schedule, and EHS standards.
  4. Drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and professional stakeholder management to maximize value for Vestas.
  5. Contribute to internal process improvement projects within the SCADA Project Management & Plant Engineering team.
  6. Gather market requirements for product management and development.
Qualifications
  • Degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Industry, product, or application experience.
  • PM training/certification: Prince2 Practitioner/PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
  • Knowledge of project management methods, tools, and stakeholder management techniques.
  • Proficiency in professional English, both verbal and written.
  • Driver's License.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in project leadership, delegation, inclusive leadership, and coaching, especially in international, remote teams.
  • Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven proactive contribution to departmental strategic development.
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, collaboration, and coordination skills throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Highly organized and self-structured.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
