Provocateur Hotel Berlin is seeking a Saucier (m/f/d) to bring depth and finesse to our signature creations — supporting our culinary vision with precision, creativity, and a true love of flavor.


  • You have a good command of English and/or German.

  • You are passionate about cooking, especially sauces & Meat dishes and classic techniques, with high standards of quality and service.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, are structured, clean, and focused.

  • You are a reliable, motivated team player who’s ready to grow.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and refinement of sauces, stocks, and meat dishes — a central element in our cuisine that blends classic French techniques with deep, bold Chinese flavors.

  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to execute a balanced and elegant menu, focused on flavor layers like star anise, fermented vinegar, dark soy, and dried mushrooms.

  • Supporting mise en place and daily service with a focus on timing, consistency, and finesse.

  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas in accordance with HACCP standards.

  • Clear communication with chefs and service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Assisting with storage, inventory checks, and smooth kitchen operations.
