AIT Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Conduct tests at unit, subsystem, and satellite level:
• Type of tests: Electrical interface unit tests, functional tests, subsystem tests, and system tests
• Subsystems include: On Board Computer, Attitude and Orbit Control System, Propulsion, Payload, Thermal Control System, Power, Security System, TT&R
• Constant monitoring of satellite health
• Writing and maintaining test procedures and hardware work instructions
• Scripting and maintaining test sequences
• Preparation of test reports with evaluation of test data
• Preparation and participation in test reviews (TRR, PTR, TRB) either internal or external with customer presence
• Finding, analyzing, and solving non-conformance of the satellite in close collaboration with subsystem responsible
• Preparation of test setups: Satellite connections (Non-Flight) EGSE connections, SAAPs connections
• Participation in Environmental test campaigns and Launch campaigns

Your Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience in testing at unit, subsystem, or satellite level, at use of EGSE, or at the use of electrical measurement tools
• Experience in Tcl/Tk or Python or with CCS system is a plus
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical manuals, data reports, mechanical schematics, electrical schematics, and design specifications
• Well-developed communication skills in teamwork
• Use of Microsoft Office
• Sense of responsibility and an effective way of working
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
