The ideal candidate has extensive consulting experience, capable of managing a team of 150+ for S / 4 HANA transformation projects, handling multimillion-dollar projects with expertise in Program Management, Delivery, Account Management, Sales / PreSales, Transformation, Implementation, Business Development, and Strategy.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager / Program Executive experienced in transformation projects and rollouts. You will be involved in ongoing and future S / 4 HANA transformation projects, participating in an end-to-end journey including:

• Generating leads from key customers,
• Building roadmaps for S / 4 HANA transformation,
• Identifying digitization opportunities leveraging AI, Blockchain, IoT, etc.,
• Establishing business cases for transformation initiatives,
• Implementing new methods and cooperation models (e.g., Agile),
• Engaging directly with business stakeholders,
• Realizing blueprints, Proof of Concepts, transformation plans, and change management strategies,
• Delivering S / 4 HANA minimum viable products, templates, and pilots,
• Securing buy-in from business units,
• Defining rollout strategies with rapid deployment,
• Driving program flexibility through modular architectures and DevOps,
• Building strategic partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, etc., to deliver joint value.
