We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. As an SAP FICO Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of consultants to implement, configure, and optimize SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP FICO professional to play a critical role in an impactful, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP FI / CO solutions. Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance in day-to-day activities.
2. Implementation & Configuration : Oversee and actively participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AA, GL, AP, AR, etc.) to meet business requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure SAP FICO solutions are aligned with the organization’s financial and controlling processes.
4. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting, ensuring that the SAP FICO system meets both business needs and industry best practices.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in German at C1 or C2 level.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
