We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery. Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance.
2. Implementation & Configuration: Oversee and participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AA, GL, AP, AR) to meet business requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure SAP FICO solutions align with organizational processes.
4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial accounting, controlling, and reporting to meet business needs and industry standards.
