Zusammenfassung

Ein Forschungszentrum sucht einen SAP Systems Engineer (f/m/d), um den Betrieb von SAP R/3 und S/4HANA-Systemen zu sichern. Sie sind verantwortlich für Installation, Wartung und die Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Systeme. Erforderlich sind ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Erfahrungen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Systemadministration.

Aufgaben

• Sicherung des Betriebs und der Verfügbarkeit von SAP-Systemen.
• Definition und Überwachung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Installation, Wartung und Optimierung von Software-Ressourcen.

The Department Application Services is looking for

SAP Systems Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the operation and high long-term availability of specialized services and applications in heterogeneous, networked environments ? in particular SAP R/3 and S/4HANA systems (ERP, HCM) as well as SuccessFactor, Fiori, BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Defining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing user training and support, and managing and supervising external service providers
• Installing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing software resources
• Independently identifying, analyzing, and resolving disruptions and errors
• Executing subject-specific IT projects, including the creation of documentation, specifications, and requirement and functional specifications

Your Profile

• Completed university education, preferably computer science or equal skills and experiences gained in previous occupations
• Very good know-how and experience in the field of system administration of services and their operation under windows and linux through respective work experience
• Practical experience in working with customers and external service provider as well as experience in implementing projects
• Very good knowledge of the basis administration of SAP R3, S4 and FIORI
• Fluent German and good English language skills
