Job Description
The position can be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions focusing on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
- Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
- Provide guidance on SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
- Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration and integration with third-party systems.
- Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on solution architecture.
- Proven track record of designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration points.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
