Your Mission : Drive People Transformation with SAP SuccessFactors

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in advising and guiding clients on their journey to Human Experience Management. You’ll help implement SuccessFactors modules, refine HR processes, and shape the future of how organizations care for their people.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects focused on core HR and talent management processes
• Analyze business needs and propose customer-specific solutions
• Act as (partial) project manager, taking ownership and driving project success
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver real value
• Mentor junior consultants and actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• Explore opportunities beyond project work : support sales, lead webinars, or contribute to blog content

What You Bring to the Table

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Certification and strong expertise in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding...)
• A self-motivated, organized, and communicative work style
• Genuine curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Desire to support and mentor less experienced consultants
• Fluent German and solid English skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (but no weekly hotel life here)
