Qualifikationen

The IT sub-section “Corporate Products HR” is responsible for global implementation of HR Digitalization Roadmap, delivering topics on Learning, Payroll, Time Management and Compensation. We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager, who is eager to take over responsibility and to make a difference.

As a Product Manager, you will manage HR-related applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Learning tools), including steering the demand process and consulting business colleagues to lead both tactical and strategic development.

You’ll lead an agile team comprised of architects, business analysts, quality assurance, and development resources, all focused on achieving the team’s goals. In this role, you will own and manage the product lifecycle, including functional releases and IT upgrades, to maintain compliance, performance, and ‘fit for purpose’ business functionality. You will be responsible for the secure and stable ‘run’ of the product as well as for the product costs.

  • Driving digitalization and transformation projects, supporting global processes, and launching new tools
  • Overseeing product costs and budgets, as well as managing external staff including procurement and provider management
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into scalable and efficient system solutions
  • Partnering with stakeholders to manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring timely, budgeted, and expected delivery
  • Managing delivery processes, including requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
  • Working across teams and global locations to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization
  • Monitoring and evaluating product compliance and performance for continuous improvement
Your profile
  • University degree preferably in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, or similar
  • 3+ years product management experience in a regulated industry such as Financial Services; digital product management is an asset
  • Extensive SAP application experience, especially in SuccessFactors
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills; reliable partner for HR
  • Ability to adhere to security guidelines and collaborate with ISO community
  • ITIL or Scrum certification preferred or willingness to pursue with support
  • Self-organized, proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English and German
