You will lead client workshops, translate requirements into designs, configure end-to-end, and collaborate with program leads and nearshore/offshore teams to ensure high-quality delivery and successful

Qualifikationen

• Solid consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors at Senior Consultant level or above.
• Deep expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module.
• Background in international projects and hybrid delivery models.
• Very strong German and English language skills required.
• High standards for quality, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset.

• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors solutions as part of international, large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Take end-to-end ownership for one or more modules such as Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Time Management, Learning, or Compensation.
• Lead client workshops, translating requirements into a solid solution design, and configuring the system end to end.
• Work closely with Program Leads, integration specialists, and nearshore/offshore teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to presales activities including RfPs, estimations, and demo preparation.

What you can expect
