Qualifikationen

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Unterstützung von SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem SuccessFactors-Modul.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

  • Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen.

About the role: As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

What tasks can you expect?

  • Analysis of business requirements and development of customised solutions with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
  • Development of the solutions in line with the SD Worx technology strategy.
  • Proactively communicate with the client about progress, risks, issues, and financial project status.
  • Operational involvement in the implementation of the projects and ensuring the correct flow and tracking of project activities within the given budget and scope.
  • Support of existing customers as well as maintenance of the existing system at the customer's site (CRM, time recording, planning, etc.)
  • Conducting workshops and training for end users.

What do you have to offer?

  • A deep passion for the SAP ecosystem and a strong commitment to your customers' needs.
  • A successfully completed degree in the field of (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module.
  • Experience in the implementation of IT projects in the HR area, including requirements analysis, process design and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation.
  • Fluent in German and English.
