• 2+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (certifications preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and SAP HCM / SuccessFactors architecture.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).

About the Role :

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant , you will play a key role in delivering HR transformation projects for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement, optimise, and integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth adoption and business success.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and configurations
• Provide expert guidance on modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive HR digitalization strategies
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors innovations and best practices

What You Bring :

• 2+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (certifications preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and SAP HCM / SuccessFactors architecture
• Experience in SAP integrations (SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, Payroll, or third-party systems)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
