The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems—especially SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central—for enterprise clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
  • Configure cloud-based HR systems and support system integration
  • Guide clients through testing, training, and rollout phases
  • Deliver ongoing system optimization, release management, and international rollouts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client HR and IT teams, helping align tech with business goals

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HR master data, compensation, payroll integration, time management
  • Experience in internal HR departments or as a consulting partner
  • Analytical thinking, process expertise, and a hands-on mindset
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel for project work within the DACH region
