About the role

We are looking for an SAP Solution Architect to join our EPAM team and engage in technology-driven activities. As an SAP Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading software engineering and IT consulting company.

EPAM has maintained a close relationship with SAP for nearly thirty years, contributing to enterprise product releases and helping SAP bring products to market.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of SAP experts, providing guidance and support
• Lead technical and functional aspects, ensuring future-proof architecture and quality standards
• Provide expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and integration
• Develop comprehensive solutions integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI, and BRF+ to optimize data processes
• Manage customer expectations and relationships in collaboration with the Account Manager
• Ensure technical leadership in delivery, planning sound architecture and quality compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of SAP consulting and engineering experience, focusing on SAP S/4HANA
• Proficiency in SAP PI and SAP BRF+
• Deep knowledge of SAP product portfolio, architecture, and customization
• Proactive attitude with a passion for SAP technologies and industry trends
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with client interaction experience
• Fluent in English and German
