SD Worx Deutschland is seeking a SAP Functional Solution Architect to transform complex business processes into scalable SAP roadmaps. You will design and implement SAP solutions across modules like SuccessFactors and Payroll, coordinating with international teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum value for clients.

The role requires 5+ years as an SAP-focused Solution Architect, fluent German and English, and the ability to lead cross-functional, global initiatives.

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

As a SAP Functional Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into robust SAP roadmaps. You’ll combine technical and functional expertise to design and implement solutions across domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, and HR. About the role:

As a SAP Functional Solution Architect you play a crucial role in selling, designing, and implementing complex SAP solutions deployed worldwide to optimize business processes. You analyze organizational needs and translate them into scalable SAP architectures that integrate various modules such as SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and SuccessFactors Time Tracking. You also coordinate with international teams, ensure seamless system integration, and make sure the solutions meet both technical and business objectives.
