Witt-Gruppe seeks an experienced SAP Technical Solution Architect & Development Lead to shape the SAP S/4HANA landscape and lead the development team in our SAP Competence Center. You will design and maintain the complete technical architecture, govern architecture, and drive security, integration, and release processes.

With 8+ years in IT, including SAP expertise and architecture leadership, you will guide strategy, assess risks, and ensure high-quality concepts.

• 8+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in SAP, 3+ years in architecture roles
• In-depth SAP S/4HANA architecture & SAP Fiori/UI5 knowledge
• Experience in system/enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and middleware
• Cloud architecture knowledge (SAP BTP) and HANA database understanding
• Security, compliance concepts, plus performance and scalability expertise
• Familiarity with microservices, API architecture, and DevOps practices
• Understanding fashion and retail processes, plus solution modeling
• Strong analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
• Leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and conflict management
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Are you ready to shape the technical architecture of our SAP S/4HANA landscape and lead our development team?

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Solution Architect & Development Lead in our SAP Competence Center. In this central position, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the complete technical architecture of our SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Shape technical vision and strategy and make strategic decisions
• Lead architecture governance and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee security architecture and system integration
• Design solution architecture and ensure concept quality
• Coordinate transport management and release processes and manage code quality
• Lead the development team and manage capacities and skills
• Advise management and conduct risk assessments
• Develop and maintain the technical architecture for the SAP S/4HANA landscape

Your profile

• At least 8 years of IT experience, with over 5 years in SAP and more than 3 years in architecture roles
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and technology stack, including SAP Fiori/UI5
• Expertise in system architecture, enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and middleware strategies
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and SAP BTP, along with a deep understanding of HANA database architecture
• Experience with security and compliance concepts, as well as performance and scalability strategies
• Familiarity with microservices and API architecture, DevOps practices and tools
• Understanding of fashion and retail processes, as well as solution modeling
• Strong analytical and communication skills, strategic thinking, and persuasive presentation and moderation abilities
• Leadership qualities and experience in stakeholder management, combined with decision-making ability and effective conflict management
• Fluent in Englisch, spoken and written
