Overview

We are seeking an experienced Signavio Senior Consultant or Manager to join our consultancy team, focusing on Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, and Medical sectors in Germany. The successful candidate will help clients design, optimize, and transform business processes using Signavio, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Signavio projects, including process modeling, analysis, and optimization for clients in Life Sciences, Pharma, and Medical sectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, compliant processes.
• Configure and implement Signavio solutions, including process governance, workflow automation, and process mining.
• Support change management initiatives, including training, workshops, and user adoption strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of processes with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the life sciences and medical industries.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Signavio or equivalent process management tools.
• Strong background in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical sectors with relevant industry knowledge.
• Excellent process analysis and design skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and professional English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a consulting team.

Desirable

• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GxP, ISO, or FDA standards.
• Certification in Signavio or related process management tools.
