Responsibilities:

• Support and advise users; provide first and second level support in SAP modules PP/WM/EWM
• Manage SAP integrations for warehouse and production control systems
• Analyze and resolve errors and issues
• Continuously improve, monitor, and maintain applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions
• Test system adjustments
• Participate in roll-outs at national and international subsidiaries

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or university degree
• Open to applicants from relevant fields with IT and SAP affinity or experience as a key user
• Understanding of processes in a production environment and knowledge of relevant SAP applications
• Experience in customizing SAP modules PP/WM/EWM is advantageous
• Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, confident demeanor, and team spirit
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
