SAP SD/ABAP Developer / Consultant (m/f/d)

In its 25-year history, TecCom consultants have encountered nearly every variation of supply chain processes within the independent automotive aftermarket. Leveraging this expertise, we streamline our customers' intricate transactions, enabling them to focus on strategic business decisions rather than getting bogged down in technical details.

We are looking for an SAP expert who can start as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be performed at any of our locations in Germany or fully remote within Germany.

As part of our dynamic team, you will manage and optimize SAP modules for TecCom solutions, ensuring seamless integration of our products into our customers' SAP environments.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Innovate: Design and implement SAP software add-ons tailored to customer needs.
• Optimize and Enhance: Continuously improve and expand existing SAP add-ons in an agile environment.
• Collaborate: Work on customer projects to implement specific functionalities.
• Support: Provide technical assistance to our consulting team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: Solid experience in SAP ABAP development.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP logistics (SAP SD) processes and customization.
• Tech Enthusiast: Interest in exploring new SAP technologies, including frontend and cloud solutions.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to handle complex software projects with ease.
• Language Skills:
• English: Minimum B2 level (fluent).
• German: At least B1, with a willingness to improve.

Location-independency & flexibility: Full Remote - we work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up: for this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2 monitors, headset, mouse + keyboard, docking station).
