Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) & Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support a large SAP transformation and rollout. You will own SAP SM processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive deployments from design through go-live and Hypercare.

Key responsibilities include leading SM rollout activities, translating requirements into designs, and ensuring smooth integration with SD/MM/PP/FI teams, plus user training and data migration support.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM).
• Experience configuring SAP PS (Project Systems) in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service / Customer Project scenarios.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and cross‑module processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) rollout activities.

• Support Unit Testing, UAT, go-live, and Hypercare phases.

• Participate in data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and cutover support.
• Act as the key contact between business stakeholders and the SAP core/template team.
• Support SAP PS processes, configuration, and optimization.

SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) & Project Systems (PS) Consultant

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) & Project Systems (PS) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation and rollout initiative.

In this role, you will take ownership of SAP Service Management processes, collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional teams, and ensure successful deployments from design through go-live and Hypercare.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) rollout activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system solutions
• Configure and optimize SAP SM processes
• Support Unit Testing, UAT, go-live, and Hypercare phases
• Work closely with SAP SD, MM, PP, and FI teams to ensure seamless integration
• Deliver user training and support business adoption
• Participate in data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and cutover support
• Act as the key contact between business stakeholders and the SAP core/template team
• Support SAP Project Systems (PS) processes, configuration, and optimization

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM)
• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS) configuration and customization

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and cross-module processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of CPM-CS integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days when required
