We are A. Menarini Research & Business Service GmbH, an affiliate of the Menarini Group, operating in international settings across various sectors including IT, research, and development. In our inhouse PMO, you will support the SAP S/4HANA transformation project within our production and manufacturing areas, gaining valuable experience and contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO in establishing project management methodologies specific to SAP implementations
• Develop and implement project governance frameworks
• Assist IT project managers in SAP project execution, providing guidance and mentorship
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues
• Conduct project audits and reviews for continuous improvement
• Manage project documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

• Studies in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
• Minimum of five years of experience in a PMO environment with SAP focus
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile)
• Experience in developing project governance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent in English; German desirable
