Your Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the conceptual design and implementation of processes within a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Sales environment.
– Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient SAP solutions.
– Design and configure solutions tailored to specific industry requirements, particularly within the Sales module (and optionally SAP CAR).
– Drive analysis and optimisation of business processes, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
– Own and deliver effective SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process design and integration.
– Support data extraction activities for reporting and analysis.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
– Take ownership of project areas and contribute to the overall success of the transformation.

About You:
– Passionate about process improvement and digital transformation.
– Able to work independently with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
– Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
– Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar field.
– Extensive experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally with direct involvement in S/4HANA Sales implementations and SAP SD configuration.
– Solid understanding of the SAP Order-to-Cash scenario, data model, and integration points.
– Exposure to SAP GUI, FIORI apps, and extension frameworks is a strong advantage.
– Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence is helpful, but a willingness to learn is more important.
– Proven experience supporting users and engaging with cross-functional teams.
– A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering outcomes.
– Fluent in both German and English.
