Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is recruiting SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management consultants to drive digital transformation projects in the public sector. You will optimize customer management processes and develop solutions using SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA CM, and SAP CX in a growth‑oriented team.

The role offers long‑term development, with on-site client meetings when required and a fully remote work arrangement within Germany. Salary ranges from €50,000 to €90,000 gross per year plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience.
• German proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Experience in SAP CRM / Customer Management consulting and development.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP CRM/CM and SAP S/4HANA customer management implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with client teams and meet on-site when required.

Job Description

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for dedicated SAP Consultants to support high-impact digital transformation projects within the public sector.

The successful candidates will help clients optimize customer management processes and develop innovative solutions using SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) and SAP CX, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with long-term digitalization initiatives and the opportunity to progress towards project management, team leadership, IT architecture or product ownership.

Critical Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience
• German proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Experience in SAP CRM / Customer Management consulting and development
• Strong practical experience with SAP ABAP and ABAP OO

Important Requirements

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM/CM, SAP CX and SAP UI5
• Ability to translate customer requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Willingness to meet clients on-site when required
