What Will You Do?

• Lead a global SAP S / 4HANA programme from strategy to rollout, ensuring delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Build and guide high-performing teams and manage project leaders in a matrix setup.
• Oversee governance, vendor performance, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement (incl. C-level).
• Collaborate across regions and functions to deliver lasting change.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in programme leadership, incl. SAP ERP and S / 4HANA in global setups.
• Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management experience.
• PMP / SAP certifications a plus.
• Fluent English and proven track record in complex transformations.
• Having the right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship.

Bonus : Life sciences or regulated industry experience, GxP knowledge.
