Job Description

• Responsibility for managing the realization of customer requirements in Global Delivery engagements.
• Bring extensive knowledge to customer projects, including introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, management in all project phases from conception, design, customizing, prototyping to rollout, as well as 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Ensure customer success, satisfaction, and reference ability for S/4HANA or ECC customers.
• Define methodology, tools, and processes to enable successful customer adoption.
• Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT).
• Identify cross and upsell opportunities within existing customer engagements aligned with the customer's innovation strategy.
• This role requires business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, and may include team management for onsite and offshore resources.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery for projects/programs, revenue management, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or comparable qualifications.
• High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen.
• Strong liaison and consultative skills, negotiating skills in politically sensitive environments.
• Excellent writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to use formal authority and persuasion.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change.
• Certification in SAP solutions/areas is a plus.
• Project management experience with large and medium-sized enterprises.
• 10+ years of SAP professional experience with demonstrated expertise.
• Fluency in German and business proficiency in English.
