Location: Germany

1. You are responsible for planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.
2. You take responsibility for the successful realization of a project in terms of time, budget, and quality, applying project management methods.
3. You prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.
4. You define work packages and identify dependencies.
5. You will be responsible for clarifying and coordinating project requirements with Demand Management.
6. You are responsible for stakeholder management, defining communication content, and implementing communication.
7. You will identify and follow up on open issues.
8. You will be responsible for creating and reporting on project status and managing steering committees.
9. You manage external service providers in the project.
10. You identify integrative topics and dependencies between different workstreams and projects.
11. You prepare and moderate project workshops.
12. You are responsible for decision-making in the project and project budget controlling.
13. You identify risks and are responsible for assessing and minimizing them.
14. You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
15. You have at least 2 years of practical experience in managing complex SAP projects.
16. You have sound knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA.
17. You have good knowledge of MS Office.
18. You have a very good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).
19. You possess general knowledge of IT applications / IT landscapes regarding integration.
20. Nice to have: SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur knowledge.
21. You demonstrate a structured, precise, solution-oriented and independent way of working along with analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
22. You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
23. Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
