Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage extensive and complex IT projects.
• Ensure project success in terms of time, budget, and quality, applying project management methods.
• Prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.
• Define work packages and identify dependencies.
• Coordinate project requirements with Demand Management.
• Manage stakeholders, define communication content, and implement communication strategies.
• Identify and follow up on open issues.
• Create and report project status and manage steering committees.
• Manage external service providers.
• Identify dependencies between workstreams and projects.
• Prepare and moderate project workshops.
• Make decisions in the project and control project budgets.
• Identify risks, assess, and minimize them.

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of practical experience managing complex SAP projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).
• General knowledge of IT applications and landscapes regarding integration.
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur knowledge.
• Structured, solution-oriented, independent working style, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• High initiative, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
