Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.
• Ensuring project realization in terms of time, budget, and quality, applying project management methods.
• Preparing and initiating projects, including scope definition and structuring.
• Defining work packages, identifying dependencies, and coordinating project requirements with Demand Management.
• Managing stakeholder communication and reporting project status.
• Managing external service providers and identifying dependencies between workstreams.
• Moderating project workshops, making decisions, and controlling project budgets.
• Identifying and assessing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex SAP projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA).
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).
• Basic knowledge of IT applications and landscapes.
• Nice-to-have: SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur knowledge.
• Structured, solution-oriented, independent work style, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• High initiative, commitment, flexibility, willingness to travel.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
