Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Management komplexer SAP-Projekte.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden wie PRINCE2 oder PMI.

Location: Germany

■ You are responsible for planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.

■ You take responsibility for the successful realization of a project in terms of time, budget and quality. You will also apply project management methods.

■ You prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.

■ You define work packages and identify dependencies.

■ You will be responsible for clarifying and coordinating project requirements with Demand Management.

■ You are responsible for stakeholder management, the definition of communication content and the implementation of communication.

■ You will identify and follow up on open issues.

■ You will be responsible for creating and reporting on the project status and managing steering committees.

■ You manage external service providers in the project.

■ You identify integrative topics and dependencies between different workstreams and projects.

■ You prepare and moderate project workshops.

■ You are responsible for decision-making in the project and project budget controlling.

■ You identify risks and are responsible for assessing and minimizing them.

■ You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.

■ You have at least 2 years of practical experience in managing complex SAP projects.

■ You have sound knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA.

■ You have good knowledge of MS Office.

■ You have a very good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).

■ You have general knowledge of IT applications / IT landscapes with regard to integration.

■ Nice to have: SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur knowledge.

■ A structured, precise, solution-oriented and independent way of working as well as analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills are among your strengths.

■ You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and willingness to travel.

■ Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
