Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer SAP-Projekte.
• Gute Kenntnisse der Projektmanagement-Methoden und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.
2. You take responsibility for the successful realisation of a project in terms of time, budget and quality. You will also apply project management methods.
3. You prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.
4. You define work packages and identify dependencies.
5. You will be responsible for clarifying and coordinating project requirements with Demand Management.
6. You are responsible for stakeholder management, the definition of communication content and the implementation of communication.
7. You will identify and follow up on open issues.
8. You will be responsible for creating and reporting on the project status and managing steering committees.
9. You manage external service providers in the project.
10. You identify integrative topics and dependencies between different workstreams and projects.
11. You prepare and moderate project workshops.
12. You are responsible for decision-making in the project and project budget controlling.
13. You identify risks and are responsible for assessing and minimising them.

Qualifications

1. You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
2. You have at least 2 years of practical experience in managing complex SAP projects.
3. You have sound knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA.
4. You have good knowledge of MS Office.
5. You have a very good understanding of SAP S/4 HANA systems (private and public cloud).
6. You have general knowledge of IT applications / IT landscapes with regard to integration.
7. Nice to have: SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur knowledge.
8. A structured, precise, solution-orientated and independent way of working as well as analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills are among your strengths.
9. You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and willingness to travel.
10. Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
