The SAP Project Manager will lead large project initiatives or manage multiple engagements for a single Vistex customer. The primary responsibility of this role is to build client relationships and successfully deliver the assigned projects. The Vistex Project Manager will provide thought leadership across all technical and business process aspects for the engagements they manage.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time
2. Assist in pre-sales activities and expanding Vistex consulting services
3. Assist with scoping and estimating project work
4. Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients
5. Identify appropriate consulting skills required for the projects
6. Lead for implementation project(s)
7. Manage the SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
8. Adhere to all documented PMO process and procedures (Delivery Manager Manual and related documentation)
9. Define deliverables, templates and standards for the project
10. Develop and manage detailed integrated project plan including project milestones and deliverables
11. Identify, track, and report project performance metrics to the client
12. Manage project issues/risks, scope, budgets and client expectations
13. Be the first point of escalation for project-related issues
14. Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders
15. Leverage opportunities for add-on sales
16. Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount, and deliverable completion
17. Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule, and budget)
18. Develop in-depth knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices
19. Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers as needed

Experience: 8 years of SAP project management experience. Ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred: Fluent German speaker; experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is a plus.
