1. Support of projects and processes in content production
2. Consulting and implementation of projects end-to-end
3. Accompaniment of corporate culture development processes
4. Collaboration and leadership in distributed, virtual teams and physical teams
5. Coaching of design thinking processes and projects
6. Agency process experience in content production
7. Design
8. Writing & Editing
9. Events
10. Account Management

The task is as follows:

1. Identification of change needs and development of processes and projects with the necessary measures
2. Analysis and definition of potentials of the individual processes within a marketing campaign
3. Definition and implementation of goals
4. Development and presentation of concepts
5. Systematic structure and development of new topics in the content production department

Mother tongue English would be perfect; otherwise, German speakers fluent in English are acceptable.
