About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven SAP Project Manager / Leader to take full ownership of end-to-end SAP data migration projects, including S / 4HANA transformation, budget management, and technical deployment. You will manage cross-functional project teams, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and ensure alignment with SAP architectural best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full lifecycle SAP data migration and S / 4HANA implementation projects
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical delivery with full accountability
• Engage with senior client stakeholders in consultancy-driven environments
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
• Stay current with the latest SAP innovations, tools, and methodologies
• Contribute to SAP architecture discussions and solution design

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong background in S / 4HANA migrations and SAP architecture
• Previous experience in client-facing consulting environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage global project teams and build trusted client relationships
• German and English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Based in Germany (remote-first role)
