About the Role : We are seeking a SAP Program Manager with proven experience in SAP RISE migration and deep domain expertise in SAP IS-H or IS-Hmed. The successful candidate will lead a complex digital transformation program involving cloud migration and integration of clinical systems, primarily in the German-speaking healthcare market. Strong German language skills are required to engage with local stakeholders and clinical teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end SAP RISE migration program, ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA Cloud.
- Manage the delivery and integration of SAP IS-H, SAP’s industry-specific module for hospitals, covering patient administration, billing, scheduling, and clinical system integration.
- Oversee implementation of SAP IS-Hmed, the clinical extension of IS-H, supporting electronic medical records, clinical workflows, and integration with lab, radiology, and pharmacy systems.
- Ensure compatibility of IS-Hmed components with NetWeaver and S/4HANA platforms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate integration between SAP systems and Oracle solutions (e.g., Oracle Cerner, Oracle Healthcare Data Warehouse), using middleware or custom interfaces as required.
- Align project delivery with healthcare-specific business processes and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NHS IG Toolkit).
- Act as the main point of contact between SAP, Oracle, and third-party vendors, ensuring platform interoperability.
- Establish governance processes, risk management plans, and stakeholder communication structures across clinical and administrative domains.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP program management, with a focus on healthcare solutions.
- Expertise in SAP IS-H (Industry-Specific Solution for Healthcare), including patient administration, billing, scheduling, and clinical system integration.
- Experience with SAP IS-Hmed, covering clinical information management, electronic medical records, and integration with laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and projects on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
- Experience with SAP RISE migration initiatives, including cloud transition strategies and deployment models (Brownfield or Greenfield).
- Understanding of Oracle healthcare solutions (e.g., Oracle Cerner, Oracle Healthcare Data Warehouse) and managing SAP-Oracle integrations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NHS IG Toolkit.
- Relevant certifications like SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP S/4HANA are highly desirable.
- Fluency in German and English is essential for effective communication.
