About the Role : We are seeking a SAP Program Manager with proven experience in SAP RISE migration and deep domain expertise in SAP IS-H or IS-Hmed. The successful candidate will lead a complex digital transformation program involving cloud migration and integration of clinical systems, primarily in the German-speaking healthcare market. Strong German language skills are required to engage with local stakeholders and clinical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end SAP RISE migration program, ensuring a smooth transition to S/4HANA Cloud.
• Manage the delivery and integration of SAP IS-H, covering patient administration, billing, scheduling, and clinical system integration.
• Oversee implementation of SAP IS-Hmed, supporting electronic medical records, clinical workflows, and integration with lab, radiology, and pharmacy systems.
• Ensure compatibility of IS-Hmed components with NetWeaver and S/4HANA platforms.
• Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate integration between SAP systems and Oracle solutions (e.g., Oracle Cerner, Oracle Healthcare Data Warehouse), using middleware or custom interfaces as required.
• Align project delivery with healthcare-specific business processes and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NHS IG Toolkit).
• Act as the main point of contact between SAP, Oracle, and third-party vendors, ensuring platform interoperability.
• Establish governance processes, risk management plans, and stakeholder communication structures across clinical and administrative domains.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP program management, with a focus on healthcare solutions.
• Expertise in SAP IS-H, including patient administration, billing, scheduling, and clinical integration.
• Experience with SAP IS-Hmed, including clinical information management and integration with lab, radiology, and pharmacy systems.
• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and migration or implementation projects on SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP RISE migration initiatives, including cloud transition strategies.
• Understanding of Oracle healthcare solutions and managing integration projects between SAP and Oracle platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NHS IG Toolkit.
• Relevant certifications like SAP Activate Project Manager, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP S/4HANA are desirable.
• Fluency in German and English for effective communication with regional teams and stakeholders.
