The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Program Manager (d/f/m) to join our high-performing team, passionate about delivering results and handling projects in the DACH region and across Europe, including implementation, transformation, and managed service projects.

Your Key Result Areas:

1. Lead national and international teams as an experienced S/4 HANA SAP Program Manager.
2. Manage large S/4 HANA transformation programs.
3. Maintain global customer relationships for specific client groups.
4. Oversee national and international SAP projects.
5. Plan and monitor milestones for all projects within your responsibility.
6. Manage customer projects concerning costs, deadlines, and quality.
7. Implement escalation procedures for project deviations.
8. Control and be responsible for the IT budget.
9. Monitor, motivate, and optimize internal team processes and knowledge management.

Your Qualification:

1. Degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
2. At least 12 years of professional experience as an SAP Program Manager or similar role, with experience leading S/4 HANA programs.
3. Extensive project management and personnel leadership experience.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in German and English.
6. Mobility and enjoyment of teamwork.
7. Structured, independent work style, customer orientation, and leadership readiness.
