Your Role

1. Manage and implement projects related to R&D and Regulatory areas.
2. Serve as the contact person for your responsibility area and support daily business operations by taking ownership of topics.
3. Design the overall processes and applications in the R&D area, implement them in SAP, and integrate them with related processes like sales, production, or quality.
4. Analyze existing processes and develop new best practice organizational models.
5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to create and implement a global IT strategy.
6. Identify IT trends and innovations, especially latest SAP technologies such as SAP PLM Cloud and AI, thinking outside the box as an expert.

Your Profile

1. Strong understanding of R&D processes and data structuring.
2. Extensive experience with SAP PLM in product development.
3. Desirable experience with SAP modules Recipe Development or EHS.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to explore new areas and learn quickly.
6. Ability to work analytically, conceptually, and with a hands-on approach.
7. Previous experience in a similar role.
8. Degree in (Business) Informatics or Natural Sciences with further training.
9. Proficiency in English and German to communicate solutions effectively.
10. Willingness to travel occasionally.
