Your Role

• Manage and implement projects in R&D and Regulatory areas.
• Serve as the contact person for your responsibility area and support daily business operations by owning topics.
• Design the big picture (processes and applications) in R&D, implement them in SAP, and integrate into related processes like sales, production, or quality.
• Analyze existing processes and develop new best practices and organizational models.
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to create and implement a global IT strategy.
• Identify IT trends and innovations, especially SAP technologies like SAP PLM Cloud and AI.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of R&D processes and data structuring.
• In-depth experience with SAP PLM and product development.
• Desirable experience with SAP modules Recipe Development or EHS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to explore new areas and quickly learn unknown topics.
• Analytical, conceptual, and hands-on working style.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or Natural Sciences with additional training.
• Proficiency in English and German for convincing and solution presentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
