Your Role

• Manage and implement projects in R&D and Regulatory areas.
• Serve as the contact person for your responsibilities and support daily business operations by owning your topics.
• Design the overall picture (processes and applications) in R&D, implement them in SAP, and integrate with related processes like sales, production, and quality.
• Analyze existing processes and develop new best practices and organizational models.
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to create and implement a global IT strategy.
• Identify IT trends and innovations, especially latest SAP technologies like SAP PLM Cloud and AI, thinking outside the box.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of R&D processes and data structuring.
• Extensive experience with SAP PLM in product development.
• Desirable experience with SAP modules Recipe Development or EHS.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new topics.
• Quick learner who understands unfamiliar topics rapidly.
• Ability to work analytically, conceptually, and practically.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or Natural Sciences with additional training.
• Proficiency in English and German for communication and solution presentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
