Your Role

1. Manage and implement projects in R&D and Regulatory areas.
2. Serve as the contact person for your responsibilities, supporting daily operations with ownership of topics.
3. Design the big picture (processes and applications) across R&D, implementing them in SAP and integrating with sales, production, and quality processes.
4. Analyze existing processes and develop new best practices and organizational models.
5. Collaborate with global colleagues to create and implement a worldwide IT strategy.
6. Identify IT trends and innovations, including SAP technologies like SAP PLM Cloud and AI.

Your Profile

1. Strong understanding of R&D processes and data structuring.
2. Extensive experience with SAP PLM and product development.
3. Desirable experience with SAP modules Recipe Development or EHS.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to explore new technologies and concepts.
6. Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics.
7. Analytical, conceptual, and hands-on working style.
8. Experience in a similar role in previous employment.
9. Degree in (Business) Informatics or Natural Sciences with further training.
10. Proficiency in English and German for communication and solution presentation.
11. Willingness to travel occasionally.
