Your Role

• Manage and implement projects in R&D and Regulatory areas.
• Serve as the contact person for your responsibilities, supporting daily business operations and owning your topics.
• Design overarching processes and applications within R&D, implementing them in SAP and integrating with sales, production, and quality processes.
• Analyze existing processes and develop new best practices and organizational models.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to create and implement a global IT strategy.
• Identify IT trends and innovations, especially SAP technologies like SAP PLM Cloud and AI, thinking outside the box as an expert.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of R&D processes and data structuring.
• Extensive experience with SAP PLM and product development.
• Desirable experience with SAP modules Recipe Development or EHS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to explore new solutions.
• Quick learner with analytical, conceptual, and hands-on skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or Natural Sciences with additional training.
• Proficiency in English and German for communication and solution presentation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
