SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant, fully remote in Germany

Job Description

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers to gather requirements.
  2. Lead SAP Payroll project implementation across various phases.
  3. Provide application support and consultancy, including advice, guidance, and technical activities.
  4. Create maintainable, error-free implementations and customizations following best practices.
  5. Conduct system tests to ensure applications meet specifications.
  6. Document work packages technically and functionally.
  7. Manage daily priorities and support project deadlines.
  8. Report on project status and progress regularly.
  9. Maintain effective communication channels internally and externally.
  10. Report issues, resolutions, and root causes.
  11. Understand HR processes and SAP HR architecture.
  12. Ensure timely delivery of work packages.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technical field, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
  3. Participation in at least three German SAP project rollouts.
  4. Strong interest in HR support and implementation.
  5. Client-focused with a sense of accountability.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written.
  8. Knowledge of German payroll processes.
