What you'll do

Are you a student with a keen eye for detail and a passion for unraveling the complexities of supply chain algorithms? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned supply chain planning experts to address intricate problems that arise in contemporary supply chains. You will help enhance the explainability of complex algorithms used in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Your contributions will play a pivotal role in preparing SAP IBP for the next generation of supply chain solutions.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Physics
• Enthusiasm for programming and practical experience in it
• Excellent programming competences and first experiences with version control systems, e.g. Git
• First experiences or strong interest in supply chain management
• A creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mind-set
• Motivation and result driven attitude
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English

SAP is investing in Munich and expanding its collaboration with universities and the ecosystem. Within SAP Labs Munich, the newly initiated Industry-University Collaboration hub focuses on applied research and co-innovation with universities.

In your daily research and development tasks, you will work closely with the AI leads in SAP IBP. SAP IBP is SAP’s next generation cloud-based supply chain planning solution.
