Job summary

IgniteSAP Resources Ltd. in Germany seeks an experienced SAP FI/CO leader to guide complex FI/CO topics while staying hands-on. The role sits between Senior Consultant and Practice Leadership, offering substantial influence over projects, customers, and people.

You will mentor consultants, shape the SAP Finance practice, and contribute to solutioning and pre-sales across significant S/4HANA transformations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience.
• Strong functional and hands-on FI/CO background.
• S/4HANA experience.
• Natural mentor and informal leader.
• Strong consulting and commercial mindset.
• German language at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FI/CO topics and advise customers.
• Provide direction to consultants and project teams.
• Balance hands-on delivery with leadership between Senior Consultant and Practice Leadership.
• Mentor consultants and strengthen team capability.
• Participate in solutioning and pre-sales.
• Help shape a growing SAP Finance practice.
• Work across S/4HANA transformations.
