Job summary

IgniteSAP Resources Ltd. is seeking a Manager-level SAP FI/CO professional to provide hands-on leadership across customer engagements and mentor consultants. You will stay close to solution design and delivery while guiding workshops and proposals.

You will act as the senior point of contact for finance stakeholders, drive growth of the SAP Finance practice, and elevate consultants around you within the German market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience.
• Strong hands-on FI/CO expertise.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Proven mentoring or informal leadership experience.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management.
• B2+ German language.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI/CO delivery across key engagements and act as senior point of contact for finance stakeholders.
• Provide direction to the consulting team and contribute to solution design and delivery.
• Support workshops, proposals and consultant development.
• Mentor consultants and manage stakeholder expectations.
