Job summary

Korn Ferry Group in Germany requires an experienced SAP FI Lead Consultant to drive the Finance workstream of a large SAP S/4HANA transformation for a Financial Services client. You will lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops, configure SAP FI, and coordinate with business, project management, and technical teams across international environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Extensive SAP FI and CO knowledge.
• Experience leading Finance workstreams on SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Hands-on configuration and solution design experience.
• Experience in Financial Services industry preferred.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in international project environments.

Responsibilities

We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced SAP FI Lead Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for a Financial Services client in Germany. The consultant will lead the Finance workstream, driving solution design, business process transformation, and delivery of S/4HANA Finance capabilities.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
• Extensive expertise in SAP FI and strong understanding of related CO processes
• Proven experience leading Finance workstreams on SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes
• Strong hands‑on configuration and solution design experience
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, asset management, or similar) preferred
• Fluent German and English
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working in international project environments

Preferred

• Based in or near Munich
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory and reporting requirements
• SAP Activate and Agile delivery experience
