To strengthen our Global team in Plankstadt, we are looking as soon as possible for a SAP Manager Controlling / Manufacturing / Procurement or Supply Chain (m/f/d).

Main Activities and Responsibilities

The Global SAP Application Manager Controlling / Manufacturing / Procurement or Supply Chain Execution (m/f/d) at CordenPharma is responsible for overseeing the respective SAP solution, including its design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization. Their main tasks involve:

1. Managing the SAP project lifecycle.
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
3. Ensuring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
4. Aligning SAP applications with business needs.
5. Providing guidance on upgrades, security, and integration.
6. Ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
7. Being the competent contact person for the respective SAP Application for all CordenPharma SAP locations.
8. Proactive design of SAP usage for optimization, further development, and standardization of business processes in coordination and cooperation with your SAP colleagues.
9. Ensuring daily operations, i.e., 2nd level support (Incident and Change management).
10. Managing requirements management, conception, analysis, and modeling of processes and SAP-system inclusive customizing in close coordination with the process owners/key users and controlling ABAP-developers as well as 3LS consultants.
11. Ensuring computer systems validation requirements (GMP).
12. Designing and further developing the SAP S/4HANA template.
13. Collaboration or sub-project management for the rollout of SAP S/4 HANA template for the SAP area.
14. Support and consulting of all relevant stakeholders.
15. Execution of tests and documentation according to CSV.
16. Creation of SAP training materials and documentation for users, organization, and execution of user trainings.

Your Profile

Bachelor or master degree in business informatics or comparable qualification (study/professional experience).

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, knowledge of respective SAP module including customizing; other SAP modules/skills are a plus.

Good understanding of the corresponding procurement business processes and a good understanding of the adjacent logistics processes.

Willingness to work also with Procurement solution Coupa.

Good project management skills and experience.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented, able to work to deadlines and motivate others.

Fluent in German and English.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry including qualification and validation activities is a plus.

Willingness to travel (around 25%).
