hubside - Die Recruitingwerkstatt sucht einen erfahrenen SAP Lead (m/w/d) im Competence Centre, der die S/4HANA-Transformation über ECC hinweg leitet und das Kernteam weiterentwickelt. Sie gestalten die SAP-Landschaft, integrieren Systeme und treiben Innovation in einem internationalen Umfeld voran.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen, Management und C-Level zusammen, führen Teams, planen Roadmaps und nutzen moderne S/4HANA-Funktionen.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige SAP-Erfahrung, insbesondere S/4HANA und FI/CO.
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft.
• Erfahrung in technischer und managerialer Führung von Transformationsprojekten.
• Gutes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Leitung der S/4HANA-Transformation vom ECC zu Cloud-Lösungen über mehrere Gesellschaften.
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des SAP-Competence-Centre sowie Teamführung.
• Optimierung der SAP-Landschaft zur Geschäftsentwicklung und Markterweiterung.
• Schnittstellen-Integration mit relevanten Up-/Downstream-Systemen.
• Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungspotenzialen.

Jobbeschreibung

Help shape the future of an internationally oriented SAP landscape and actively drive the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. As SAP Lead (m/f/d) Competence Centre, you will take responsibility for strategic SAP projects, further develop a high-performing Competence Centre and combine technological innovation with the requirements of a dynamic business.

Aufgaben

• Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
• Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
• Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
• Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
• Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4HANA functionalities

Qualifikation

• Several years’ experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
• Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
• A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English; German proficiency would be beneficial
